If you are not in love with your new purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your purchase back. We are unfortunately unable to issue exchanges on earrings for hygienic reasons, or sale items or special orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and not damaged. Please make sure to ship with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
Refunds will be processed on the original form of payment you used within 24-72 hours of receiving your package. Please note refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
